My friend also sees pingskills videos

I can't return the wobbly shot that he saw on your channel.

Hi Shreyas,

Wait for the ball to bounce and watch carefully which direction it is going to bounce.  It will probably bounce a little sideways.  Then move into position.  You don't need to make a fat shot, just control the ball on the table and keep yourself in a dominant position in the rally.

Remember the Wobbly shot is a desperate shot by your opponent because they are in a difficult position in the rally.
