how to return a long backspin serve as a defender?

Hi,

Start by playing a long backspin ball back but think about your placement and height over the net.  

Try to get it deep on the table and also into a difficult area of the table for your particular opponent.

Then think about keeping the ball low over the net so it is more difficult for the serve to attack the next ball.
