Returning a lob video

Hi, I am Arran and i am 13 years old. I have just really started enjoying table tennis again after getting a table a couple of years ago.

Most of the time I play my Dad and he mocks me by doing lobbed shots and me not being able to reply to them.

Is it possible that you can give me this video to watch so I can show him and prove to him that I know how to return them successfully.

Hi Arran,

Take a look at this video on the Forehand Smash which will help you to deal with the lob.

One of the key things to watch for is how you move into position when the ball is in the air.
