Return of long spin serves

Sir, i am having a great problem in returning fast-spin serves.can you help me with this and can u give me some tips?

Hi Ishan,

Take a little step away from the table in your ready position.  You should try to topspin these serves because they are long.  You need to watch the type of spin that is on the ball and then make a quick brushing action on the ball with topspin to return the serve.

A really important skill in table tennis is to be able to judge if a serve will be short or long. If it's short you won't be able to take a full swing at the ball and hence will need to use either a push or a flick to return the ball.
