My opponent plays a chop on every shot that i cannot return then, what shall i do

Hi Maaz,

If they are putting a lot of backspin on the ball then the first option would be to push the ball back an wait for one to come a bit higher that you can attack with a topspin.

The Forehand Topspin Off Backspin stroke is a really importune stroke to learn as you develop.  Work on improving your ability with this stroke to start with.
