My opponent uses heavy side spin left or right. I can't see the spin in time to correct my paddle angle.

I try to return it back hard...

any suggestions?

Thanks,

Dennis Capewell

Hi Dennis,

It is a matter of watching and learning as much as you can each time it happens.  Then you need to alter the angle of your racket appropriately.  This is a bit of trial and error because the spin can change subtly.
