Hi sir,

I play 2 to 2:30 hours table tennis daily.Most of the time i play attacking shots like loops and smashes etc. after playing my legs pain for sometime and then i get lazy............................... Can you give me relaxation tecniques which i can use after playing.

Hi Mahimn,

Just lying down and doing some deep breathing can be useful.  Or elevate your legs to let the blood flow back up the body is also good. 

You may need to go and see a specialist to get some more advice. 

Take time out to make sure your body recovers properly after your sessions.
