Strokes
Hi Alois,
I play a main blocking and attacking style and I seem to have problems with being able to move fast enough to block it when somebody smashes it. What are some ways I can improve my reflexes when I block?
Hi Kazek,
Finding a practice partner that can feed you the ball at that speed regularly will help. The more you see that speed the more relaxed you will become when someone hits the ball that fast.
Then focus on watching the ball carefully because that will give you the best information on where the ball is coming.
