hi coach, this Christmas i went for a vacation. i came back after 2 weeks. now when i played table tennis i was just playing horrible my topspin action changed. please tell how can i overcome this.

Hi Utkarsh,

Get back into it slowly.  Don't try too hard.  Just allow yourself time to get back into it.  This happens to a lot of players so don't stress about it.

Try to hit the ball slower and with more control.  This is the best way to get back to how you played before the break.

Initially when you are learning a new serve you can just get a bucket of balls and serve over and over again. But at some stage you need to practice your serve exactly as you would play in a match. In this session we focus on this. It's important that you try to make this practice as close to a real match as you can so that when you are in the real thing, you feel comfortable.
