How to receive a side spin or a pendulum service?

Hi Jai,

Try to watch the direction of the ball and the spin.  If it is from a Right hander the ball will tend to go to your right when you hit it. So, face your bat more to the left to counteract the spin on the ball.  Don't try to do too much, just use the angle of your racket to get the ball back on the table.
