Which stroke should I use when receiving a long, fast topspin serve.  Thanks

Hi Mark,

Use the topspin stroke, either the Forehand Topspin or the Backhand Topspin.  This will put you in an attacking position straight away.

Also think about placing the return effectively so that you opponent finds it difficult.  Start by placing it to their weaker side.

ok, thanks.  i was using the counterhit and was having a problem with consistency.

The topspin will give you more speed as well.
