Hi Alois and Pingskills

Ago a few days i started to have problems with my long push in the forehand and backhand, it goes out of the table or into the net...i like to play a lot of long pushes, very fast and spinny and i never had this trouble before...please help, what i can do?  Do you have some tip to improve my long push?

Thanks

Hi Cristh,

It may just be a matter of a little tension or feel.  If you can usually play this stoke well, then it isn't anything technical.  Think about relaxing and allowing yourself to feel the ball and play the shot like you usually do.

So what changed recently?  New rubber/blade?  New opponents?  Your training partner(s) using new rubber?

If your stroke was working before then it's a matter of just relaxing and allowing yourself to do the stroke properly again.
