Mr. Coach, some table tennis players advised me to re-stick/re-paste my rubber frequently to make it more effective. Is it true that we should re-stick the same rubber removing it to make it effective? If it is true, then how frequently must we re-stick it ?

Hi Swaroop,

In the past when you were allowed to use speed glue this was true.  Not it is not worth replacing it all the time.  Just stick it on and leave it.

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
