Racket for Chila game

Question I this year with a game similar to that of Patrick Chila I managed to get good results in the regional championship but I have a problem I use the frame as a butterfly very heavy and I can not play very well because when I play a lot I use the wrist . Can you recommend a suitable racquet for playing the game of Chila (including rubber please) thanks in advance =)
