Quick serve

Serving

I have my good serve up to 40-50 mph but no faster. So how could I get it faster. I'm only 14.

Hi Ewan,

Serving fast isn't very effective because you need to bounce it on your side first. YOu are doing well to get it that fast.

The more important thing is to serve with spin and to place the serve well.
