Hi! Coach alois, one of phil. Player played yesterday in paris. However, he is not a member of the phil. National team, he is good but not in the level of int'l players. He just happened to be staying in paris which is why he was permitted by the phil. Table tennis pres. To play coz the real one was not able to come. Is that okey?

Hi Felipe,
Yes, it is up to the National association to approve the player which they would have done in this case.
