What is the right leg position while playing a punch? Which leg should be in front while playing a forehand punch and which when playing a backhand punch?

Hi Kaustubh,

For the Backhand Punch, you can still be in your normal ready position, with left leg slightly ahead of the right.  However if you have more time you may want to put your right foot slightly forward to generate more power.

The Forehand Punch is not a common stroke.  You are better to smash or topspin that ball.
