I usually face problems while hitting a topspin...... my left leg goes up and my legs get locked. Is this because my action is not right or because i am not bending?

What should i do to improve my topspin?

Hi Uditi,

Try bending more.  This will help you with your balance and stability during the stroke.

During the stroke focus on staying in the low leg position as well.
