Hi,

Always when i try to play rpb and when the ball is on my body i miss the ball completely or some times get edges. how can i improve it.

Hi Nikhil,

The best solution would be to be able to move correctly so that you are in better position to make the stroke.  If the ball is too quick to allow you to do that then move your elbow out to the side so that the racket is now in the right position.  When you move the elbow it is important to maintain the correct bat angle so that the stroke remains the same.
