Hello Coach,

I am getting problems generating spins using the penhold grip. I can generate spins with the shakehand grip but with the penhold grip it is pretty challenging. I need to your advice to master spins with the penhold grip. It will be very effective against tough opponents. Thanks in advance.

Hi Pankaj,

You should only work with one grip.  Changing between the grips will only confuse you and make progress more difficult.

Sounds like you should stay with the shakehand grip.
