the area where i am living has no facalities and no coaches classess for table tennis So my question is that i having a problem to get back from forehand to backhand AND backhand to forehand, So how to inprove that plz tell mE

Hi Ali,

The answer is practicing the movement many times.  You can prcatice it with a partner by getting them to put the ball back to you alternately on the backhand and forehand.  Do this many times.  When you are feeling good about that you can ask them to start putting the ball to you either side in no pattern.

The key here is to watch the ball very carefully.  Don't try to watch the other person or their bat, just focu well on the ball.  You will be amazed at how much better you get at reacting to where the ball is going.
