Hi, Alois and Jeff

Sir, as i play table tennis, while playing too fast the ball sometimes hits my fingers and the whole game goes wrong.

So how to prevent it.

Hi Rishabh,

Firstly make sure you are watching the ball carefully.  Also keep your finger low on the rubber.  If it creeps up higher away from the handle it is more likely to hit the ball.

Also make sure that the face of your racket is facing towards the ball completely when you are coming forward.  If the bat is angled in any way, it will make it more likely to hit your finger.  Give the ball the biggest target you can.

From there it is a lot of training to become more accurate with your ball striking.
