how should i practice before playing games what kind of procedure should i practice that wiil be best to recover like for eg Like practicing 15 minutes forehand and then 15 minutes of backhand

Hi Swaraj,

I think the best thing is to practice for about 30 to 60 minutes.

Start with a few forhands and backhands for about 5 minutes each.  Then do a little footwork to get your heart rate up and your feet moving.

Then do a lot of 3rd ball drills and some free rallies and even play some competitive points.  Before you play the first point you should be as warm and ready as for the ast point of the game because they are both worth the same point.
