Hi Alois,

I love playing table tennis but sometimes I'm just not able to get a partner to play with me. I am very aware of the different spins and can also use them appropriately. I mostly only have time to practice alone, and I was wondering if you have any tips for me on how to practice alone. Your help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Justin

Hi Justin,

Take a look at our tutorial in our Training Secrets section on Practicing Alone.  I think it is what you are looking for.

We continue to work on your serve and in this session we concentrate on your placement.
