Where can i practice if i do not have a table?
Hi Jaskaran,
Every table is a Table Tennis table. You can use even a small dining table to practice on.
We also have a video on Practicing Alone that may help you.
Question actions
It's important that you assess your opponent's skill level and your own skill level. Using this information you can then decide how much risk you need to put into your game. If your opponent is a lot more consistent than you, you may need to go for a bit more on each of your shots to try and force an error.

Sir,
How to catch the ball with bat as seen the 'Practicing Alone' video? Whenever I try doing that, the ball ends up bouncing off of it.
Thank You,
Omkar
Hi Omkar,
The key is to follow the ball down with your bat. Also keep your hand relaxed. This will help to absorb some of the speed of the ball.
Just keep practicing it and you will see a difference.

So do I have to keep the bat tilted and then make it parallel?
Thanks.
You can do that as well. I find it easier to do that but you don't have to.

hello is it very important to do this to improve my game?
IF you have regular practice then that is better than practicing alone.
