Hi Alois, i was wondering for me as a beginner how much should i practice each week on my trainings, 2 times, 3 times or more because im very busy :( and the robot is annoying and i rather practice more with a partner

Hi George,

The key is to play as much as you can within the constraints of the rest of your life.

There is no one answer for everyone.  As a guide if you can train well 3 times a week you will keep improving.
