Hi Alois, i recently change my rubber into skyline tg neo 3, how can i deliver more power with the chinese rubber, is it by our body?

Hi Clement,

Take a look at the tutorials on Advanced Forehand Topspin and Advanced Backhand Topspin. These will show you what you need to do to generate more power on your strokes. The rubber will help a little but the strokes will help a lot.
