Strokes
What do i do if im not getting power when i come through the ball or when i smash it?
Once you've mastered the start and finish position of the forehand topspin, you can start to focus on finer details. thanks alois i did try a flatter contact tonight but all the ball did was float over the net instead of just going over normally so my coach said maybe i need to upgrade my rubbers to slightly faster ones so it dont float
OK, sounds like a good plan.

why does the ball float with slow rubbers i just didnt get it when my coach told me
It may be that the rubber doesn't have grip rather than being slow.
