well,I'm a beginner and I found out that I'm stuck when returning the ball..I make it too left,or too right..how to control my ball to the aim I'm willing to?straight right to the front?please...
and how to measure to hit the ball right in the middle of my bat??

Hi Vinny,

The first thing is to get your bat straight. Make sure it is facing the direction that you want to hit the ball.

To get the ball to hit the middle of your bat focus on it during your practice.  While you are hitting forehand to forehand check each time th e ball hits your bat, whether it is in the middle or near an edge.  Don't try to change it, just focus on it and see how close to the middle you are getting it.  You will find that after some time, moe balls will be hitting the middle.
