Sir, Yesterday Was My State Ranking Tournament. Firstly I Cleared all 3 rounds but in the 4th Round i Lost That Best Of 5 set because my opponent was using a black phantom rubber it creates a weird sound like my opponent was playing with a wooden ply only but it was such an effective rubber. Whenever he pushes the ball the ball comes in a spinny way and when I reply the ball it raises too high or touched the net and he forcibly counters the ball! :( Even I can't Push His Hammer Serve. Please tell me How to play with that pimpled Phantom Rubber.

Hi Ishaan,

The Phantom is a long pimple rubber.  It reverses the spin on the ball.  So if you play with backspin to it, then the ball will come back with topspin and vice versa.

It is difficult to generate spin with the Phantom rubber.

We do have some tips on playing long pimples on our site in our Premium lessons in the Match Strategy lessons.  You can take a look at what is available in the Playing Against Long Pimples lesson.
