Hi Hassan,

Go back to the basics and make sure your technique is correct. To get the ball to travel faster just increase the speed of that same stroke.

You may want to get the stroke to be a little more vertical, going towards your target but don't alter it significantly to get the ball to go faster.

When it comes to improving your technique for backhand, you should consider, like Jeff said to go back to the basics. Once you've practised the stroke so that you have mastered the stroke (which involves a lot of repititions of the stroke to get to that stage) you can then focus on putting more power/speed/spin on the ball.

when you want to put more power/spin/speed on the ball, try and not change the stroke too much, just make sure that you do the same technique as before when you were practicing it and just accelerate your arm faster through the ball faster to put more speed on the ball.

When it comes to adjusting spin, you just need to make sure that you are using the same technique as before but changing the type of contact by lightly brushing the side of the ball, this will create more (or less, depending on what you want to do with the ball) on the ball.

I hope this helps

Happy playing :)
