Strategy
Hi coach,
I am ambidextrous. The other day I played two matches against a lefty. He beat me 3-1 in the first match. I mostly used my right hand in the first match. He beat me 3-2 in the second match in which I used only left hand. Although I also lost the second match, I gained confidence against him because I played very well. So from now on I only use my left hand whenever I play against him. I am just guessing that he has some problems because he mostly plays with right handed players and is not used to play with lefties.
Generally speaking, do you think left handed players don’t like to play against lefties?
Hi Ken,
I think for everyone it is different to play against a lefty because you do't do it as often.
It is interesting that you are ambidextrous. That is a special talent

🏓 Tip 1: Learn why playing more shots down the line helps your partner stay in position and how a well-timed cross-court attack can still surprise your opponents.
🏓 Tip 2: Discover the power of serving short and close to the centre line to reduce your opponents’ attacking options and give your team the advantage.
These small adjustments can make a big difference in your coordination, positioning, and success as a doubles pair.
