I love to do rallies with my partner when we are not playing a match. But I always feel whether it is helping me in improving my game or only it can be kept as a past time hobby?

Hi Rutvik,

Rallying does help with developing your control.  It is something that you can do a s part of your practice.  It is good to also do some structured training to help with specific skills.
