Hi alois and Jeff 

How can  I improve my forehand because I grew up playing on a small table tennis table so my backhand became very good but my forehand is very poor how can I  improve.

Hi Ikrama,

The first thing is to practice your forehand technique.  Also move your position at the table a little to the left so that it allows you to play more forehands at the table.  You may also want to check you feet angle.  Try to have your left foot slightly closer to the table than your right.  Again this will make it easier to play some more forehands.  In the game think about playing a forehand when it is in the forehand half of the table and only playing backhands when it is in the backhand half.
