I lost in the match i was previously talking about. but i saw the Senior's match. They were playing really fast. Even i couldn't see the ball. How do they do it, sir?

Hi Earl,

This comes with lots of training.  After a while you will get used to that pace too but first there needs to be a lot of balls hit by you.  The speed will increase naturally as you get better.  This may take a couple of years of training.
