Strokes
Please i am a pen player, i would like to know playing pen and back hand which is offensive.
Thank you
Hi Bernard,
The easiest way is to use a Reverse Penhold Backhand. Take a look at our lesson on the Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis. This will show you the technique. It uses the other side of your bat with a slightly modified grip to make the attacking stroke.
The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.

You suold attack with your backhand and now your saying: how to do it, its impossible or is it?
For this stroke you have to prctice alot before useing it in a match but it is very effective if you dont use your rpb.
How to do it:
Its like a japanese backhand but it dosent take that much time to do and is faster. This is what i think is the best way to handle this kind of problem, hope it helps
