Strategy
Sir,
How to play against pimpled rubber ?. it keeps me in a trouble when opponent chopped with a pimpled rubber, when i return the chop the ball goes high in the air.
Hi Saad,
It sounds like you are playing against Long Pimple rubber. The rubber reverses the spin that you put on the ball. So if you push the ball then it comes back to you with topspin. Therefore you need to treat this as a topspin ball. If you try to push it, the ball will go high. It is probably best to counterhit that ball and you will be bale to keep it lower.
