Dear Coach:

There is a tournament that is going to be held in my office.  I am going to play against an attacking player who has got a strong forehand who always go for the kill and plays an attacking stroke.

Kindly tell me what type of tactics shall I use against him to stop him from attacking.

Regards,
Ram

Hi ram,

Firstly make it as difficult as possible for him to play an easy forehand.  Keep the ball on the backhand side or if you are going to the forehand, make sure the ball is low or wide to make it a more difficult shot.

Good luck in the tournament.
