Player's height adjustments

Strokes

Hi coaches

You show how to execute different strokes, and watching and trying to repeat your moves works well for players who are almost as high as you are. I wonder what adjustments should a player do if he is seemingly lower or higher.

Hi Roman,

You don't need to adjust the stroke dramatically.  Stay with the same basics of players of all heights.  Watch the best players and you will see that they still all have the same basics even if they are tall or short.

I took some time to watch some of not best players at my job. I can say now that making a correct stroke is not a big problem for them all. Getting into a good position – and in time – and stay balanced is more difficult, but that's a topic for other questions.
