Hi Kirtan,
The best thing is to do a search at the top of the Ask the Coach page for 'Short long pimples and you will see there is a range of answers there to take a look through that will provide a lot of information on this.
Also take a look at our lesson on the Effects of Rubbers which will help you to understand the basics of the rubbers.
