Hi coach! i don't have enough money to buy the Pingskills Rook or the Pingskills Touch. But can you please recommend a good but affordable rubber for me?

Hi Janray,
If you go to your local sports store and find a bat that has a flat surfaced rubber on it. It should also have some sponge under the rubber. This is the minimum requirement you should look for in a bat so that you can learn the game properly.
