Hi Alois! My name is Edo. I just want to ask what kind of drill that a table tennis player should do? Because this drill maybe very important to do. I just afraid if I am joining a tournament that usually all match is done by that day, my stamina will drop off. Can you help me with that? Thank you.

Hi Edo,

Table Tennis requires general physical conditioning as well as specific components.
