Hello, I'm new to table tennis i just started learning the rules and how to play but I'm having difficulties finding videos on in depth penhold techniques. I understand the motions it's just small details like footing where my arm should begin and things like such. Are there any videos strictly on how to play penhold style?

Forehand Flick
When your opponent plays a short ball to your forehand, you can play an attacking stroke by using the flick. This stroke is also known as the flip.
