Penhold Serves

Is - are there any major differences or unique serves for penhold style?  If so what are they?

Hi Erik,

There isn't really any different serves.  You are able to utilise your wrist more easily with the Penhold grip for serves such as the Pendulum and Reverse Pendulum serve.
