Hi coach, ur videos inspire me alot ;)

what should i do???maybe My position Wrong???

Hi Zackriyya,

You can try to stand a little further from the table.  This will give you more time to see the ball.

You can also take a look at this previous Ask the Coach question on How to return a long sidespin serve.

If the ball is going into the net, make your stroke more vertical.  Still get a brushing contact on the ball to give it topspin as well.
