Hi guys

several years ago I saw a match and the chinese guy won. then I decided to play with the penhold grip. I learned it by my self with no trainer and I can almost do all the shots and now in the college championship I got beaten in the semi.

I want to improve my play but there is a problem. table tennis grib is only shakehand in my country. no bode knows how to play penhold and I don't find any body to train me. I asked a lot and went to several trainers but no body helped

so do you think I should change my grib and start over with the shakehand ?

Take a look at the lesson on the Pnhold Grip that we have.  Here is the link.
