Hi,

Firstly,I want to ask how we have to keep our fingers to play the traditional penhold and the rpb and secondly , what do you think whose grip is better and is the difference between the grip of ma lin and wang hao and how to hold racket with their grip.

Thanks

Hi Nikhil,

Take a look at our lesson on Get a Grip.  This will show you the ways to hold the bat.  There are slight variations that you can make.  You need to find what feels comfortable for yourself.

As long as you stay with the basics that we show yo in the Grip lesson you won't go too far wrong.

I watched your video get a grip which is very useful for beginner but my main question was to hold the grip like ma lin and wang hao and the difference between their grips and the better one.

Ma Lin uses the traditional grip that we show in the lesson with the fingers curled up on the back of the bat.  Wang Hao often has his fingers more splayed on the back with the bat turned slightly so that he can make his RPB shots.  He changes his grip often during a rally.
