Penhold forehand sidespin topspin

Hi Alois, I am a penholder and i dont quite get how to the forhand sidespin topspin as my grip doesn't allow me to use my wrist like a shake hand player. Please help me

Hi Indip,

You sill need to drop the tip of the bat towards the ground to get the sidespin on the ball.  Just experiment with it.  You may need to alter your elbow position slightly by pushing it backwards to get the right angle on the bat.
