Hey coach!
is it possible to chop in penhold backhand if so how and from which side of the racket?

Hi Hari,
Whilst it is possible to chop the ball with the penhold grip, it is not really suited to that style of play. This is why you don't see any choppers using the penhold grip.

Slow to Fast Progression
It's important to practice your shots slowly to get the correct technique. That will lead you to being able to hit the ball faster. You do need to practice these faster shots in training before using them in a match.
