Hi Coach,

Since I started practising pendulum serve (almost 1 month ago) due to the excess wrist movement my wrist is bend downward and heavy racket also helped in it. How should I overcome this so that my service and wrist work properly.

Hi Tushar,

Try to focus on keeping you wrist relaxed and let it flow through with the forearm snapping action.

If it is remaining sore, rest it to let the wrist recover.

Now I have my wrist working properly Thanks to you.

But now I am afraid of learning Sidespin topspin because it requires a lots of wrist movement.

What should I do to avoid it?

Just give it a try Tushar.  Relax your wrist and see which way you can get the ball to curve.
